This website is run by Soul Science Limited (RC 9661083), No. 11 Dideolu Court, Ogba, Lagos State, Nigeria. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Soul Science Limited, and “you” means anyone using the website.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the details you send us.

You’re welcome to browse the website, share links to it and write to us through the contact form. Please don’t:

• break the law, or help anyone else to, through the website;
• try to get around its security or the contact form’s limits, probe it for weaknesses, or overload it;
• send spam, malware, or abusive, threatening or unlawful messages through the form;
• pretend to be someone else when you write to us; or
• copy the website in bulk with automated tools, other than search engines indexing it.

We read every message, but we can’t promise to reply to all of them, for example to messages that break these terms.

Soul Science shares ideas about consciousness, meditation, spiritual practice and personal growth for education, reflection and general interest. Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for advice from a doctor, psychologist, therapist or other qualified professional.

If you have a physical or mental health condition, are pregnant, or take medication, talk to a qualified professional before starting any new practice, and stop any practice that leaves you unwell or distressed. Please don’t delay or stop treatment you’ve been given because of something you read here.

Inner practice is personal, and experiences differ. We can’t promise that any idea, practice or product we describe will lead to a particular experience or result.

The website describes our work and plans in general terms. It isn’t an offer to sell anything, and what we offer may change.

This website isn’t an emergency or crisis service. If you’re in danger, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number straight away (112 in Nigeria).

Everything on this website, including its text, images, artwork, animation and design, the Soul Science name and logo, and the DreamTrak name, belongs to Soul Science Limited or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view the website, share links to it, and print or save a page for your own non-commercial use. Unless we agree in writing, you may not:

• copy, republish, sell or adapt our content;
• use our name, logo or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse you or work with you;
• use our content to train or improve an AI model; or
• remove copyright or other notices.

You’re responsible for what you send us, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Please be accurate about who you are, so we can reply.

The contact form isn’t a channel for confidential information. If you’d like to share something confidential, such as an unpublished proposal, tell us first and we can agree how.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. Sending a message doesn’t create a partnership, contract or other relationship between us.

DreamTrak is an app from Soul Science Limited. When you use it, or its website at mydreamtrak.com, its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply, not these terms.

Where we link to other websites, we do so for your convenience. We don’t control them, and we aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

We keep improving the website, so its content and features change. We may also pause it for maintenance, or it may be interrupted for reasons outside our control. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee that it always will be.

To the extent the law allows, the website and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it is accurate, complete, up to date, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or viruses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you rights that can’t be removed by agreement, you keep those rights.

If you have a concern, please write to us first, and we’ll both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If we can’t, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, will decide it, though you may bring a claim in your local courts where your law gives you that right.

We may update these terms as the website or the law changes. The new version applies from the effective date shown at the top. If you keep using the website after that, the updated terms apply to you.

Whole agreement

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the website.

If a part fails

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

No waiver

If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.

Transfers

We may transfer our rights under these terms, for example if our business changes hands, without reducing yours.

These terms are written in English. If a translation differs, the English version applies, unless your local law says otherwise.
